To report all suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 for students or members of the same household, please email covid@kingsway.stockport.sch.uk
In your email please include the following:
- Name of student
- Name of person with COVID symptoms
- Date symptoms began
- Date student last in school
- Date of test or confirmation that test is being arranged
If applicable:
- Test result (positive OR negative)
- Date of test result
- Include screenshot of test result
For students with a positive test, we will need to complete Track & Trace for the 48 hour period prior to the onset of their symptoms. You should send in the names of any social close contacts in school, for example friends sat with at lunchtime, over that period. You should send this as soon as possible, however please do not delay in sending the notification to school whilst this information is being gathered.
