PACTS (Parents And Carers Together Stockport) – Stockport’s official local parent carer forum run by parents for parents, carers, grandparents and family members who have a child / young person between the ages of 0 & 25 years with special educational needs & disabilities, including any additional need.
Join them every Monday at the Wythenshawe Forum library (first floor) between 10-12. Come along for support in areas such as DLA, EHCP, assessment, tribunal etc or even just a brew and chat.
SAYS – Stockport Action Youth Speakers (SAYS) is a group of young people between 13-25 years who have special educational needs and disabilities, which offers a safe place to share views and experiences of services to leaders / professionals.
Selective Mutism Service (Stockport) – A Facebook group moderated by the selective mutism team, where information and advice is shared.
SENsitive – SENsitive meets once a week (during term time) at The forum library in Wythenshawe town centre, every Monday 10-12. We share our stories and vent our concerns and come together to support one another in whatever that may be.
SHINE – Designed to develop your skills to support your own emotional wellbeing, build resilience and confidence, our SHINE service offers free early intervention support to all 11-17 year olds in Stockport.
S.P.A.C.E. ADHD Group – A support group for parents and carers of children and young people in the Stockport area with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and associated conditions.

Thrive Manchester – Organise walks which take place around local green spaces and are a great way to boost your physical and mental health. All walks last around 45 minutes to 1 hour and are at a gentle pace. The focus is walking in nature and spending time with others, not going for a big hike!
